How I got into Talent Acquisition 

In 2012, while working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at The Children's Place and Disney Consumer Products, I faced a pivotal career moment. My role in Distribution & Supply Chain Systems placed me at the heart of a significant project—a new build-out in Fort Payne, Alabama, aimed at consolidating our national operations into a central hub. This initiative was set to streamline our supply chain and distribution, but it also presented me with an unexpected career crossroads.

An opportunity in technology recruiting unexpectedly arose, contrasting sharply with my established career at the time. With a strong desire for change and driven by a longstanding interest in this field, I made the bold decision to pivot away from my role in supply chain systems. This shift, while daunting, marked the beginning of a new chapter in my career, leading me into the dynamic world of technology recruitment.
